Well done. "Faces are hard." Yet you seem to have captured the evil, corruption, and deceit in her character most ably. Most certainly, "Art". I wouldn't hang it on my wall, simply because I don't want to risk inducing nightmares in unwitting guests, but it's far better in skill, and portraiture than many I've seen. Certainly, it reminds the viewer of the "Portrait of Dorian Grey", except that the picture is a current true-likeness, one good enough that, had you created it of another would-be monarch in medieval times, your head would no doubt be forfeit. The "deviant" in it is that you have nicely captured the grotesqueries of the subject.
